Life After Football is operated by Noahsure Group LTD, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AA. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 16 or over to use the platform.

We provide education, information, planning tools and guidance for players leaving the game. We are not a therapy service, a regulated financial adviser, a recruitment agency or a law firm. Nothing on the platform — including anything written by the AI companion — is therapy, financial advice or legal advice.

We do not guarantee a job, a course place, funding, earnings or any particular outcome. Course fees, funding schemes and entry requirements are set by third parties and change; always verify them with the provider before committing money or time.

In an emergency call 999. For urgent mental health support call 111 and choose the mental health option. Samaritans are free on 116 123, 24 hours a day.

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — don't share them. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, automated sign-ups, false information or anything unlawful.

• Monthly membership: £9.99 per month, including VAT where applicable.
• Yearly membership: £79 per year, including VAT where applicable.
• New members start with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost.
• One-off mentor session request: £450.
• Club and organisation licence: £12,000 per year, covering up to 25 players. No trial.

Your assessment, dashboard and top-ranked pathway remain free. Membership renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting your renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the Membership page. Cancelling stops future payments and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because the service is digital content made available immediately, you agree that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using paid features. Even so, if you cancel within 14 days of a payment and have made no meaningful use of paid features in that period, contact us and we will refund it. Mentor session payments are refundable if the session has not yet taken place.

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful or abusive content, impersonating others, or attempting to access anyone else's data. Do not use the companion to seek advice on harming yourself or others.

You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us a licence to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our own content, branding and code remain ours.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you take based on information from the platform or from third parties it links to.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
